Solarpowergetics (SPG) does not sell installation services or provide referrals. Ask for bids with your criteria and select the one with the best reputation for your project. Obtain at least three estimates.
Due to liability issues, we cannot offer advice, assistance or technical assistance regarding products not purchased through Solarpowergetics.

- For online purchases, submit payment with a major credit card. SPG cannot accept online transactions over $1,000 USD. Contact us to receive an invoice for payment by check. Allow extra time for payment by check to clear our bank before shipping.
- Check for product stock and shipping times on the 'Product Description' page before confirming your purchase. The time to ship information is displayed under the 'Additional Information' tab on a 'Product Description' page.
- Do not return a product for exchange without an authorization number issued by a Customer Service Representative.

- For minimum order quantities (MOQs), a quotation is issued for acceptance by buyer. After price, terms and conditions are finalized, an invoice is issued for payment. Submit payment by bank wire transfer or company check. Allow extra time for payment by check to clear our bank before shipping.

- Warranties
- Unless stated otherwise on the product detail page, products sold the Solarputz Store have a 30-day exchange warranty against manufacturers defect from the date of purchase.
- Save your receipt.
- SPG may assist in processing published warranties by manufacturer.
- SPG reserves the right to repair, replace or refund a defective product under warranty. Abuse, misuse, modification, neglect and wrongful application of product beyond its intended application voids the exchange warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty and return policy is valid only in the continental United States. Warranty and return policy is subject to change without notice.

- The best way to contact us regarding a product you received is to send an email. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please provide the following information:
- Your contact information. Please include a direct telephone number.
- Your invoice or receipt number.
- State the nature of the problem.
Always obtain the name and location of the Customer Service Representative.
